New Digital Certificate Application

Applications for a new Digital Certificate (d-Cert) may be submitted through the d-Cert Subscriber Portal. Applicants must be registered users of “iAM Smart”. Alternatively, an Authorised Representative may submit the application using a valid d-Cert (Organisational) for the purposes of identity verification and digital signature.

Applicants are advised to ensure that one of the above authentication methods is available before proceeding with the online application. Upon registration and login to the Subscriber Portal, applicants should complete the application process, including the submission of all required supporting documents and payment of the applicable fees.
