New d-Cert Application

All applicants must submit their d-Cert application, provide the required documents, and pay the relevant fees through the HKCA’s d-Cert Subscriber Portal or, where applicable, via contractors or recognized certification authorities. For details on applying for different types of d-Cert, please visit the d-Cert Subscriber Portal via the links below:

• All downloaded documents can be read with Acrobat Reader

• Performance Pledges
• The signature(s) and organisation’s chop on the above renewal form must be the same as shown on the original application form
